Internal

  • Casting of final infill sections of concrete slab (commencing 31.07.2023 for 1 week)
  • Cleaning main warehouse
  • Builders clean main office and toilet areas
  • Mastic (sealant) to all ground floor concrete expansion joints
  • High lever builders clean to main warehouse steel, cladding and roofing

External

  • Cleaning of main carpark ahead of final tarmac surface course (commencing 31.07.2023 for a 2.5 week duration)
  • Completing installation of external concrete yard infills (commencing 07.08.2023 for a 1 week duration)
  • Installation of lighting columns and wiring
  • Soft landscaping to all areas
  • Snagging to completed works
